Donations Module
-One of the core components of the module, it was specifically designed to serve associations, enabling them to manage all donation processes digitally and efficiently, and linking them directly to the online store.
Components and Functions:
- - Donation Request Management: Requests are categorized and displayed in an easy-to-use Kanban interface based on their status (in progress, approved, canceled, completed). Requests undergo specific approvals and conditions before being published on the website.
- - Donation Customization and Classification: Supports multiple categories such as (Zakat, Charity, General Donations, Education Support, Electrical Appliances), with the ability to add custom types according to the association's needs.
- - Integration with the Online Store: Display eligible donations directly on the association's website, enabling electronic donations through multiple payment channels and tracking transfers.
- - Donation Registry: Records donor donations and links them to beneficiaries, while storing data for both parties (sender and recipient).
- - Advanced tracking and filtering system: Quickly and easily track cases, with advanced filtering by category, status, or donation type, and an automated alert system.
