Position Title: Sales Representative - Odex Platform

Job Description:
As a Sales Representative for the Odex Platform SaaS, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in showcasing the value of our solution to potential clients and building solid and lasting relationships. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:

Prospect for and identify potential leads within the target market
Qualify leads to assess their fit for the Odex platform
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the tailored products.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales quotas
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies to reach potential customers.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market demands.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
We have a proven track record with a minimum of 2 years of success in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of the target market and its challenges
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and deliver results self-directed.
Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
You have demonstrated the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
