Beneficiary Management Module

The central Module manages and organizes all data on families and individuals eligible for support, and tracks all services provided to them in an accurate central database. The system covers the entire beneficiary lifecycle, from submitting and reviewing the application to approving it and continuously updating the data.

Components and Functions:

-Interactive Dashboards: Display key indicators and statistics on beneficiaries and the services provided to them to support decision-making.
- Beneficiary File Management: An integrated file management system that goes through multiple stages (registration application, awaiting approval, approved, rejected), with the ability to add cases to the blacklist.

- Comprehensive and In-Depth Data Recording: Recording and updating detailed data on families and individuals (including orphans), covering aspects such as personal, social, financial, educational, health, and housing.
- Social Research Team Management: Organizing the work of field research teams (male, female, and joint), assigning them visits, and following up on their reports.

- Track requests and transactions: Monitor all assistance and services provided, manage transfer requests between branches, suspension requests, and exceptions, in addition to a system for managing visits and complaints.
- Advanced and customizable settings: High flexibility in customizing the system through detailed settings including (geographic data, household categories, educational levels, income types and obligations, message and email templates).

- Search and reports: Advanced search and filtering system for quick access to information, with the ability to extract accurate reports and statistics.
